HINTON MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION TRACK RULES

1) All riders must ride at their own risk.

2) Gate is to be shut and locked at all times.

3) All riders must have a current HMA membership or guest pass and be accompanied by a current member.

4) HMA stickers must be put on either the left front fork or bottom of your helmet.

5) Helmets, boots (no runners/sandals) and protective eye wear MUST be worn at all times while riding.

6) Riding is only allowed inside the fenced area. No riding on grass or road allowance outside of the fence.

7) No riding alone; there must be a minimum of two people present at the track.

8) Courtesy is to be shown to other riders.  No reckless riding.

9) No changing the track or short cuts. All changes are to be made by the track manager only.

10) No riding the track in the opposite direction. You MUST follow the track direction.

11) All pets must remain on a leash at all times.

12) Members are responsible for all guests and spectators they bring to the track.

13) No overnight camping allowed unless during an event.

14) No member at any time will be allowed the use of the track while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

15) All members are required to show proper etiquette to other members, spectators or any other individuals present while using the track.

16) All members must adhere to track signs regarding closures due to track maintenance or events.

17) ABSOLUTELY NO riding while track grooming is in progress.

18) Do not forward gate combination to non-members. Insurance, liability and fees are all covered when memberships are purchased. Help make the club a success.

19) Non-members caught riding at the track will be considered trespassing.

20) Observed infractions to the HMA track rules must be reported to the executive committee.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
